Name: Rashana Rixter
Family dynamics: Daughter, Cadence, 16
Hobbies/Pastime: My three Organizations, Pageantry, Traveling, spending time with my daughter
Business/Talent? I am the Editor in Chief/Luminary of SitiGirl Atlanta and SitiGirl Memphis, also newly the Southeastern Region Editor in Chief of SitiGirl.
Where are you from? Houston, Texas Born; Memphis, TN Raised; Reside Atlanta, GA
What are you passionate about? What’s the driving force behind it? My motto has always been “I Win, You Win, We All Win. We can do things alone but why would we when we can go further together. So supporting so many women in their passion brings me so much joy.
What’s your skill set? Writing and Journalism has been apart of my life all the way back to high school when I was editor of my schools newspaper and a member of the yearbook committee.
What set you apart from others of your same field? Not sure what sets me apart technically because I never compete or try to win over others. I celebrate and support others and I would want them to do for me.
Whats your purpose in life? My purpose in life is to live a fulfilled one of impact for my community as well as leave a legacy for my daughter to be proud of.

If you could choose any career in the world, would you still choose the career or talent you have? Yes because I have always supported others, I just now can do it on a bigger scale.
What would you tell your younger self? Never give up on your dreams even if you think they are too large or you feel you aren’t qualified.
Knowing what you know now, would you change anything in your past? I would not change my past because my past is what made me who I am today.
Who are your rolemodels? My Grandparents and my Father(Daddy) will always be the ones I look up to and admire.

What would you say to those that are starting out in your field? Never allow the naysayers and fear to prevent dreams.
What is your favorite quote? Explain?
“I can do all things through Christ that strengthens me.” No matter what as long as you have GOD by your side everything and anything is possible as long as you believe.
If you were an animal, what would it be and why? I would be a dolphin. Dolphins are extremely sociable and friendly but are very observance and have a sense of discernment with danger. They love the warm climate mainly and their sense of humor is unmatched, and one of the most caring animals. I am just like that because I feel I am extremely supportive and loving to those who love me and come to anyone’s need when asked. My sense of humor is so uncanny especially with my snort laugh like the dolphins laugh.
What or who has inspired your gift/vision? Journalism has always been in my blood because my grandparents were teachers and my mother has been in Journalism all her life.
What is your favorite holiday and why? I have always loved Christmas. Not only because it’s the birthday of Jesus but it’s the holiday my daddy loved as well. We would always travel during that season to spend time with family.
Do you have any regrets? If so what are they and what would you do to rectify those thoughts? If I regret something that has happened would mean I question any of my decisions. I don’t live in the what ifs or whys.
What has been your biggest accomplishment? My daughter will always be my biggest accomplishment because I would never be able to get another perfect child again.
Whats a fun fact about you? I snort when I laugh which makes us laugh harder and it becomes a continuous cycle.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years? 10 years?
In Five years I want to be headed to owning my own store franchise. I want a one stop shop for children; where they can learn life skills as well as have fun for their age group. In 10 years I want to own a few retail franchises.
If you could leave a lasting legacy, what would that look like?
As long as I can impact one person’s life, I know my life was worth living. I want to leave a legacy that my daughter would be proud of!!!
