Where are you from? Illinois

Whats your purpose in life? To be authentic and inspiring and caring and give where it’s needed and trust in God and plant seeds wherever I go!

If you could choose any career in the world, would you still choose the career or talent you have? Yess indeed, I’m happy who I am and love the choices I’ve done. My journey my story can help build someone else. I am a Care Manager and Runway model, Print and a reign in Queen. As a model, I appreciate the opportunity to showcase designers’ creativity and craftsmanship. I enjoy connecting with the audience and camera, and I relish the chance to network with other models who share my dedication to the industry. Traveling and experiencing different modeling techniques and international events, such as those in the UK, Paris, Milan, and London, allows me to appreciate the diverse approaches to runway walks and styles.

Who are your rolemodels? My grandmother who raised me the best she could and Beverly Johnson, a legendary supermodel, is my role model. Despite being in her 70’s, she remains an active and influential figure in the fashion industry, balancing her roles as a model, mother, wife, and philanthropist. She continues to grace TV shows, magazines, and major fashion events, using her platform to help the less fortunate through fundraising initiatives. I have the utmost respect for her.

What is your favorite quote? Explain?  My goal is to captivate the audience with energy that emanates from the elements of the Earth. My arms are graceful like wind that billows through the trees. My legs stomp the earth like the most majestic of horses. My movements are fluid like the water that flows in the ocean. My eyes are like fire that burns through your soul. This is my favorite quote because it represents who I am and how I feel.

If you were an animal, what would it be and why? A Cheetah and why I rather be the predator than the prey.

What does entrepreneurship mean to you and why? It’s your mindset of creating and building taking a risk. I enjoy taking risk to build and learn my mistakes to do better

Being an International Queen, what does that mean to you? Being a Queen allows me to inspire seasoned women, demonstrating it’s never too late. My crown symbolizes pushing fear aside, ensuring visions and dreams come true. I leverage my platform to make a difference in others’ lives

Is this your first pageant, and how does it feel to be competing? Yes MRI was my first pageant and I was very excited and nervous at the same time. I felt amazing being amongst beautiful like minded individuals as myself. We were all nervous but we encouraged one another and helped each other behind the scene and that really eased my nervousness.

What do you do outside of pageantry? (Job, School)  What do you do to keep the balance? I am a Care Manager who loves helping disabled patients in their daily lives. I balance by my calendar and notes to stay on top of what I need to do and believe me it gets overwhelming. That’s why I also put in my schedule meditation and prayer times to keep my focus and balance. And in that way , I utilize a journal and calendar to effectively manage my time and ensure I can continue to volunteer and support my community to the best of my abilities

What advice would you give a new queen starting her journey through pageantry?

As a seasoned fashion model and first time ever in a pageant , I advise aspiring queens to overcome fear and pursue their dreams with determination and resilience, surround themselves with positive influences, step out of their comfort zone, conduct thorough research, and invest in their personal and professional growth.

What do you plan to accomplish on an International spectrum for change while having this title? Make appearances at fashion productions , radio and fundraiser events. Travel internationally to communities Speak the truth and tell my story.

(Question for my older Queens) What would you tell your younger self?  Girl, you inspire me and keep inspiring others. You are fearless!

(Question for my older Queens) Knowing what you know now, would you change anything in your past? Umm, yes my baby daddy

If you could leave a lasting impression, what would that look like? I would leave a legacy of who I became from being consistent and honest and risk taker and by inspiring others that it doesn’t matter your age or nationality, height weight or size it’s the beauty you have inside you. Be Authentic Be Bold Be Consistent.
